1. Overview

LGFA-WB receives signals from Dancer-Sencor attached to the winder and controls the winding motor.

A signal converter that generates a speed control signal suitable for a speed control device (mainly an inverter).

(Signal-Controller)

This product has the following features added to make it even more convenient to use than existing imported products.

A DVM (Digital Volt Meter) is attached to display the output voltage, so you can immediately check the operating status during adjustment or use.

It has a built-in overcurrent protection circuit and indicator lamp, so it does not malfunction even if there is a wiring error or short circuit on the output side.


2. Installation

When installing this product, please note the following:

Please install this product in a location with little dust, low temperature and humidity, and little vibration.

Connected to the input terminal of this product (refer to section 4-3, Input/Output Terminal Function Description for input terminal)

In case the wiring length is short (2-3m), it can avoid malfunctions such as noise and surge.

Use twisted wire, otherwise use shielded wire.

When connecting the shield wire, connect the shielding sheath to the common terminal I 2 , and make sure that the shield wire is not placed close to the power wiring.
